Returns and Refunds Policy
At Trivya, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To start a return, please email us at Trivyalife@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return request.
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number along with instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the returned product.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return requirements. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days of approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please email Trivyalife@gmail.com with your order number and details about the exchange request.
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number and provide instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Gift cards
Personalized or customized products
Perishable goods
Opened or used products, unless they are defective or damaged
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at Trivyalife@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Trivya reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
