Shipping policy

At Trivya, we are committed to ensuring smooth and timely delivery of every order. All products listed on our website are maintained in ready inventory and are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 working days from the date of order confirmation. While we aim for prompt processing, occasional delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.

We generally deliver orders within 4 to 6 working days from dispatch. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During high demand periods such as festivals, sales, or holidays, delivery timelines may be slightly extended. Deliveries to PO boxes and military addresses are not available, and shipments to certain rural locations may require additional time.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. After dispatch, a separate email will be sent containing the tracking number and shipment tracking link. Registered users can also log into the My Account section on our website to check their order status.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders valued at INR 500 or above.
For orders below INR 500, a standard shipping fee of INR 100 will be applied.

Delivery Process

Our courier partners may contact you before attempting delivery. Please ensure you are available to receive these calls. If delivery attempts fail three times, you will receive an email notification. If there is no response, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Currently, Trivya ships only within India. International shipping services are not available at this time.

Cash on Delivery

For customers who prefer not to make online payments, we provide a Cash on Delivery option. With COD, payment can be made at the time of delivery. The maximum order value eligible for COD is INR 8,000.

Please note that COD service may not be available for all products or in certain locations, depending on courier service coverage. In such cases, prepaid online payment will be required.


Important Information

In the event of delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Trivya shall not be held responsible for any resulting loss or damages.

Trivya reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

Any delivery discrepancies or concerns should be reported to us immediately for assistance.

Any damage or loss occurring during transit is the responsibility of the courier company. Claims related to such issues must be raised directly with the courier service provider.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted and the return process must be followed instead.

Trivya reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or payment disputes.

If an order is canceled due to incorrect pricing or other internal reasons, a full refund will be issued and the customer will be informed accordingly.

If delivery fails or is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, such as an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, any additional re delivery charges will be borne by the customer.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

If payment has already been made for a canceled order:

Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.
